About Our DIY Custom Service
Custom Order Policy
- Custom orders are made-to-order.
Each custom-painted toy is created based on the customer’s selected product, reference image, and design requirements. - Production time may vary.
Production time depends on design difficulty. - Reference images are for inspiration only.
Final results may vary slightly due to product shape, material, hand-painting process, lighting, and screen color differences. - No cancellations after production starts.
Once the design is confirmed and production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. - Custom service fees are non-refundable after approval.
The custom paint service fee covers design time, materials, labor, and production preparation. - Damaged or defective items are still protected.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and videos.
