By accessing this website, purchasing, modifying, or using any toy gun (including gel blasters, nerf guns, and replica toy guns) offered or referenced on this site, you (“User”) confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to the terms below. Limitation of Liability


  1. If the User requests modification services, the service provider (“Modifier”) performs only technical work per the User’s instructions. The Modifier makes no warranties regarding the safety, legality, or fitness of the modified toy gun. The User assumes full responsibility for all quality issues, safety hazards, personal injury, property damage, or legal consequences arising from or related to the modification or use of the modified toy gun. The Modifier shall not be held liable in any way.

  2. If the User performs self‑modification, all risks and liabilities—including improper techniques, unqualified parts, assembly errors, personal injury, property loss, or violation of local laws—shall be borne exclusively by the User. No third party shall be liable.

  3. The User shall be solely responsible for any injury, loss, or legal risk caused by lending, renting, gifting, or otherwise allowing third parties to use the modified toy gun. The Modifier shall have no joint liability for any such incidents.

  4. The Modifier is not liable for failure of performance or risks caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, accidents, changes in laws or government policies, or other unforeseeable events.


User Representations & Agreements


  1. The User warrants that modified toy guns are used only for lawful entertainment and collection purposes. The User shall not use the product for illegal activities, public endangerment, or violation of others’ rights. Any breach shall be the User’s sole responsibility.

  2. The User acknowledges having read and understood all risks and local laws applicable to toy gun modification and use. The User voluntarily assumes all liabilities arising from modification, assembly, possession, or use of the product.

  3. This Disclaimer applies from the date of modification, purchase, or first use and remains in effect permanently. The Modifier reserves the right to refuse service and pursue remedies if the User violates these terms.

  4. This document shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the website operator is registered. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
