Boost your blaster performance with this complete upgrade kit for Handi Desert Eagle & Glock! Crafted for hobbyists with hands-on skills, it includes an aluminum one-piece hop-up barrel, metal gears, upgraded 1.2 spring, high-performance motor, and all key parts to enhance power, accuracy, and durability. • Upgrade kit compatible with Handi Desert Eagle and Glock.
• Requires hands-on skill.
• Aluminum One-Piece Hop-Up Barrel
  • Upgrade option: Replace the stock barrel with an aluminum one-piece hop-up barrel.
  • Remove factory glue safely: Soak the decorative outer barrel in boiling water for ≥1 minute to soften the glue. This helps avoid damaging the gearbox shell.
  • Fitment note: Upgraded barrel OD = 9.5 mm. Enlarge the decorative outer barrel ID from 9.0 mm to 9.5 mm for a proper fit.
• Tappet/Bridge Spring
  • Replace the factory bridge (tappet) spring with one size stronger to improve air seal.
• Metal Gears
  • Replace plastic gears with metal gears.
  • Upgrade the motor pinion to a metal pinion gear.
  • Important: The raised boss on the gearbox upper shell near the motor–gear mesh should be smoothed/leveled to prevent the metal gear from being scratched.
  • Don’t forget the shim/washer at the motor–gear interface; missing it can cause gear skipping/stripping.
• Main Spring
  • Swap the 1.0 spring for a 1.2 spring.
• Motor
  • Upgrade to a high-torque motor to maintain reliable feeding without power dips.
• Lubrication
  • Apply quality grease to reduce mechanical wear, improve smoothness, and extend component life.
• Nozzle & Air Seal
  • Seal the cylinder nozzle: Use glue to fix the rubber tape/seal in place at the nozzle to improve air tightness.
• Performance Result (After Upgrades)
  • Muzzle velocity: increases from ~130+ fps to ~196+ fps.
• Reassembly Notes
  • Wire management: During reassembly, ensure no wires are pinched and all wiring is routed back to original channels.
